“The staff at Vetco is incredibly helpful, and the vet is superb very knowledgeable and genuinely caring with the animals. I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism.

The only downside is that they’re only open on Sundays. Since it’s located right next to Costco, parking can be a real challenge. Getting in and out can be quite stressful due to the heavy traffic in the area.“

“Rigo was helpful getting me registered for my pup's registration and was great explaining what to expect for my pup's first play day. He pulled up the livestream so that I was able to watch as Sitka was introduced to the other pups and staff. As I watched the livestream I could see he was very comfortable meeting staff and other pups, and that was very reassuring. He was happy when I picked him up and that made me comfortable. I look forward to Sitka's next playdate!“

They were so communicative from the get go and made us feel so comfortable with the board and train program for our 2 boxers from the very beginning. “I cannot recommend Lilli at PetCare highly enough. She took such incredible care of my little Maltipoo, Mila, after her luxating patella surgery. Lilli specializes in animals with medical issues, senior animals and special needs. She was able to personalize Mila’s care by understanding Mila’s demeanor and followed all the recommendations from her orthopedic surgeon, complete with round the clock medication administration. She kept me updated on Mila’s healing throughout the day and even sent me pictures to comfort me. When I went to visit Mila one morning, Lilli showed me how to use the sling to give her back legs support while walking. Even after I brought Mila home, Lilli checked on us and helped make the transition back home smooth and stress free. Always spotless and staff know their inventory which makes for a quick and pleasant pit stop. Easy pothole free complimentary parking lot in back or meters in front on Wilshire. Definitely the top of the list if you prefer to support a local brick and mortar for all your best friends raw kibble likings.“

We rescued a 10 month old puppy this spring and added her to our family with two other dogs and a cat.

Within the first week we discovered our new member was extremely anxious (she escaped once and was gone for hours), was up through the night and not housebroken. This prompted us to connect with Dee where we collaborated on our goals together, and set our focus on reducing anxiety, potty and crate training, and teaching hand signals to keep our pup from bolting out the door.

Two months later, we are THRILLED to report that our puppy’s anxiety levels are down dramatically, she is 99% potty trained, fully crate trained and sleeping through the night and not a single attempt at an escape. An added bonus is seeing the benefit all of this has had on our other dogs and how quickly the puppy and cat were able to integrate.

We did our meetings with Dee over FaceTime, starting at 3 to 4 times a week, and naturally decreasing as Dee’s program was so effective. Dee is extremely knowledgeable, provides clear instruction, and has a way of explaining situations from a dog’s perspective that makes it easy to understand the interventions.

Scheduling time with her was easy. We greatly appreciated her being firm about following guidelines because it kept us on track. However, she is also understanding and flexible when we expressed needing adjustments based on our own lifestyle or goals for our family.

We have a calm and cohesive family and are beyond grateful for Dee who was integral in this process.“
