Smaller than a regular petco and with baths to self groom and wash your dogs. My only suggestion would be to make sure their shelves are better stocked as they had run out of a few pet care products I needed.

I am giving this store location five stars for the sole reason that the manager Justy is so incredibly sweet and caring and helpful and when my dog Bella was severely ill for nearly 3 months I was so stressed out and Justy just made what was already a terrible situation just a little bit better and more bearable due to her compassion, considerate questions, suggestions and extra helpfulness. I am so grateful for her and I couldn't think of a better person to manage the store than her and she has the qualities of the upmost management if there's a level above her like corporate level. I was disappointed at how I was treated today by a staff member. I came in to exchange an item to a different size that I had purchased the same day, receipt in hand. First staff member couldn't figure out how to do the exchange so they switch spots. The next associate volunteered to help but also could not figure it out and in frustration told me to go to another store to figure it out for me. I ended paying for the item with the correct size and never able to exchange the item. They DID however keep the item I was trying to exchange. Extremely disappointed in the customer service
