Gary and his team solved the plumbing equivalent of a locked room murder mystery at my house.

About four months ago, the paint in the bathroom was bubbling up and water was coming out onto the sink. Another plumber came and opened up the wall, only to discover the leak had disappeared. No evidence of water anywhere. I left this huge hole in the wall for three weeks waiting for the leak to reappear. Nothing. I knew as soon as I repaired the wall, the problem would come back. And indeed it did.

I have never found a plumber that I wanted to call again… Until I found Gary. I saw the great reviews, not only of him but also of his entire team.

I am so glad my realtor recommended him. I had big water pipe under ground leak, him and his team fixed it, then I have another gas leak in the yard, he came fixed it, today, my new dryer has a small leak, story of my life 😂, I called gary, he was right down in the street fixing my neighbor’s house. He came fixed it right away! Very happy!!! Thank u again and again!

If I could give a 4.5 that's what I would give. The only reason it's not a 5 is the price. I didn't choose Best Way Plumbing because of the price, there were cheaper plumbers, I chose them because they are local and highly rated.
I can also understand why they weren't the cheapest, because the service was excellent and very fast. Bob changed 2 washing machine bibs and a leaking sink valve in 30 minutes, just like he said. I choose the fast and a little more expensive rather than the little less expensive and taking a lot longer.
They were also very curtious. Living in the South Bay with the shared driveways, they actually parked on the street instead of blocking...read full review
