Apparently, many companies subcontract their termite tenting which may cause issues down the line. When I called, I spoke with Kathy to schedule an inspection. Little did I know she would be our Coordinator from start to finish. She was just amazing and communicated everything that needed to be done. She instilled much confidence in an otherwise stressful process. What an all-star!<br><br>Juan came out to inspect our home and documented all the areas of termite damage. He was fast, thorough, and professional. We had our estimate within a few days and it was fair and competitive.<br><br>When our scheduled day arrived, Santiago (the Lead Fumigator) and Javier (Groundman and Roof) got to work on time and were fast and efficient. Santiago answered all my questions, was respectful of our property (along with the entire crew) and I was impressed with their professional demeanor. They made the entire experience stress-free and we couldn’t be happier with the result.<br><br>On a side note, Luis (Supervisor) came and did the aeration process on the second day and was prompt, courteous, and let us know everything went smoothly.<br><br>All and all, I have high regard for Excellent Fumigation and the job they did.
