“We've used Downey Exterminators a few times over the past few years when buying and selling homes. Not only is someone quick to come over for estimates, their quotes are usually very competitive with other companies. Another added benefit is that they give you a year warranty in case any critters come back.On this recent purchase, there was a lot of dry rot damage that needed to be fixed. Not only did they treat the areas, the parts that had extensive damage were replaced with similar wood and painted to match the other areas. I know not all companies will do a complete fix after the treatment, but they do!Everything was super easy to schedule and Karen in their main office is communicative if you have any questions along the way. Will continue to use them in the future for all of our other termite needs.“
