“Aneken Fraustein has made this whole experience with this company extremely pleasant for me and my family. He comes by from time to time checking up on us and leaving bait/killer for bugs. He is really nice and even provided me access to a chat, so If I see any bugs I can chat him directly to come out to take care of it, or even just get some quick bug info. For example a few weeks ago I had a Jerusalem cricket walking across my living room floor and I had no idea what it was at the time. I took a picture of it and sent it over to Aneken and he got back to me right away letting me know what it was and that it was harmless. He also really eased my mind by letting me know they aren't social bugs so I shouldn't expect anymore. So he is really knowledgeable too!“

“GnB is my go to for pest control and repairs after initially finding them on yelp. Reasonable pricing and quick response. Had an issue with termites about two years ago that they took care of. Just had a corner of the roof show dry rot and termite damage and they were able to comprehensively diagnose and fix the problem. Also nice to have someone who I can text pictures of bugs to for reliable information.“
