Michael Duke and Western are awesome . Came out and inspected property . Main issue is rats getting into engine compartment. Michael set up numerous methods to get rid of these pests and is already working . Much more effective than Orkin was . Will come on monthly basis or more frequently if needed . Thanks Michael
I was disappointed at first because my appointment was changed without any communication but Ixsar Mancia was appointed to me he called right away and made sure he'd make it whatever time I needed morning or noon and communicated all the way and ny first time using a exterminator but seemed like a thorough spray so far !
