Excellent Fumigation did an amazing job for our termite removal. From the beginning Kathy coordinated everything and gave all of the relevant information we needed. Then Santiago took over and was so helpful. He thoroughly looked over the house and made sure everything was packed up correctly. They are a great company to work with.
I feel like it is hard to review a pest control company. I have had to tent and spot treat termites a few different times. Excellent Fumigation is a remarkable operation that feels very friendly, competent, not pushy, and very organized. Everyone who works for them is easy to talk to and seems to have your experience as a termite infested Homeowner top of mind. I can’t say that I got 20 quotes and decided on the cheapest one. I can tell you that the Termites are now gone and the experience of making them disappear was substantially easier than I would expect from other companies.
Excellent Fumigation did a very good job during fumigating of our condo complex. They made the process go smoothly from start to finish. They were always available for communication. They held a town hall meeting with all residents to explain everything and answer any questions which really helped a lot. During the fumigation, Kathy Brines was on site and made sure everything was done properly. A number of our residents commented on the thoroughness of the job that they did and were very pleased.
