“So thankful for Ryan, Molly and Scout! I had bed bug concerns after receiving some bites which prompted me to seek out a canine inspection. My initial inspection was done with a different company which yielded inconclusive results. This was frustrating to hear as the bites continued. I reached out to Ryan and he was able to get me in within just a couple of days. He inspected the space himself, then had Molly perform her inspection and then Scout just to be sure. Thankfully they did not find any bed bugs and Ryan shared what pests he thought might be causing the bites and how to go about dealing with that. “Had an emergency with bees in a fireplace, it was a closed wood stove yet somehow many of them ended up in the family room. We called, they came, and were very professional, communicative. They vacuumed out the surviving bees, cleaned up those that didn't make it, AND put a preventative screen on the chimney. I called in the morning and the situation was taken care of by 1:30pm. After receiving a strong recommendation from the manager of a local turf supply store, I called Mike Evans, owner of West Valley Spray. Mike responded immediately, and after having me describe the problem we were experiencing with our Sycamore trees, Mike explained that the problem was not likely to be what I had thought it might be, and went on to tell me why he came to this conclusion. Mike then made a couple of recommendations on what I could do on my own to determine the real cause of the problem, and how best to resolve it, and that was that.

“Kraig, the owner, proudly stands by his business and product. We ran into a hurdle with the wood deck interfering with connecting the tenting to bare ground. Kraig invested his time to map out possible solutions and scenarios. He even personally spoke to our next door neighbors with small children to ease their concerns about safety. “These guys came to our house and did such a great job on patching all the holes at our house and attic for rodents. Our community has been plagued by rodent for a long time and I often heard rodents running inside my attic. After they patched the holes and laid the traps and the noises are gone. There is no more rodents in the house! They are also very responsive and responsible for our call. We used to call terminix but they ended up sending signature home here anyway. Why need the middleman when you can call these guys directly instead?“

“NorCal was the subcontractor for Banner, the pest service company that recently completed a full fumigation in our community. The work was done just last week, and I wanted to take a moment to share our experience.

Francisco was our main point of contact from NorCal, along with a many others on-site, and Lori handled the documentation. We felt really comfortable working with all of them. As board members, we had a lot of coordination to manage—across 60+ units, the fumigation company, security, and residents. “I live by the hills in East Bay. Gophers appear in my backyard every now and then.
I have about 50 fruit trees and 100 rose bushes.
Got Gopher has taken care of my backyard from the past 4 years.
Whenever I see any activity all I have to do is call Lisa. She sends a technician either the same day or the next day to setup traps. Lisa is very easy to work with. I don't know how she does it but she can always manage to send a technician at the time that works for me. The technicians send me a call/text to give me heads up that he will be arriving soon. The technicians are very polite and friendly. They are always on time.
Got Gophers does not have a long term plan. You only pay per critter and the technician shows the dug out trap with the critter or a picture of it. The price is every reasonable.
I lost a lost of fruit trees and rose bushes to gophers. After I got Got Gophers services, I have peace of mind. They lay the trap so well that the gopher is caught in a day or two.
I give Got Gophers 5 stars.“

“Jordan came to provide a very detailed quote and explanations for the job at no charge. After we signed up for the job, Jesus and the crew came with a truck that had a long tube to suck out the old insulation, installed new insulation, blocked openings that the rodents could enter the attic through, and set mouse traps. They put coverings on the floor, stairways, and walls to protect the house interior. Ricardo came for the follow up visit and removed a mouse that was caught by one of the traps.“

“My painter discovered some insect damage on a single board along the edge of our roof. David came out to inspect and advise on next steps. He was very knowledgeable about the type of insect that had done the damage. He reassured us that, once the affected board was removed, it was not necessary to do any additional treatment. All About Termite Solutions did the most thorough inspection and offered a quote that was reasonably priced. Although a little higher than the others, we chose All About Termite Solutions owing to their credibility and honesty, and their excellent attitude and quality of service. We also liked that they're a family-owned business and they didn't try to push for services we didn't need, unlike the others. They also did an excellent job performing related wood work to repair areas damaged by dry rot.“

“Keeping the tradition of giving credit when due, we decided to share our recent experience with Antique Termite who had been a referral from our realtor. We contacted them when we found some mud tunnels forming on the front of our porch recently.After receiving a friendly hello from Kay when we called, she quickly fixed an appointment for us within the week. After checking the house, the inspector Luis sent a report as well as the recommended treatment plan shortly after. What really impressed us was when the treatment specialist, Oli came to start work. He arrived slightly earlier than the scheduled time of 930am. He was friendly and patient as he went through the items he would be working on that day. After realising that he had quite a bit to cover, he started working right-away, even skipping his lunch just to finish the work in a timely manner.We noticed Oli was very thorough in his work, cleaning up as he finished them in a methodical manner, both outside the structure as well as inside the crawlspace. The areas where he had to drill and pump in the chemicals were all very nicely patched up and barely noticeable. At the end he even shared some tips on what to look out for, eg. keeping mulch level away from the vents. Ask for Oli and Luis if you decide to give this company a try.I would definitely recommend them to my friends.“
