NorCal was the subcontractor for Banner, the pest service company that recently completed a full fumigation in our community. The work was done just last week, and I wanted to take a moment to share our experience.
Francisco was our main point of contact from NorCal, along with a many others on-site, and Lori handled the documentation. We felt really comfortable working with all of them. As board members, we had a lot of coordination to manage—across 60+ units, the fumigation company, security, and residents. I had to have my house fumigated because I had a really bad case of drywood termites in the kitchen of the house I am renting. I chose Top Grade Termite Control because of their 5 star reviews. Anytime I see a business on Yelp with ONLY 5 star reviews (and nothing less), I always wonder is the credibility is that good... Well, now I can say that it is true and well deserved. The actual fumigation crew/company (Nor Cal Fumigation) that comes to tent the house is top notch as well! They are also only 5 star reviews. The women at Nor Cal who helped me there were Lisa Scoffone and Lori Figueroa. Their customer service was amazing! As soon as the crew arrived, they were super friendly and very respectful to the property and the house. Even when I got home, they double checked all the cabinets because they took the boxes of tea and placed them far away from the house so I can still use them. I was also concerned about the lemon tree that is very close to the house and was still healthy and thriving! Usually, a tenting experience can be super stressful but dealing with Top Grade and Nor Cal Fumigation - it wasn't. If was pretty much effortless because of them. Their service is above and beyond! If you to have your place fumigated, these two companies are the BEST ones to use! Hands down.
I would recommend Nor Cal Fumigation to anyone looking for a professional quality pest control company. They are very responsive and on time! We have a tile roof that is more delicate than others and they did not break a single tile while we had house tented! 10/10 company!Service: Termite extermination
