I had to have my house fumigated because I had a really bad case of drywood termites in the kitchen of the house I am renting. I chose Top Grade Termite Control because of their 5 star reviews. Anytime I see a business on Yelp with ONLY 5 star reviews (and nothing less), I always wonder is the credibility is that good... Well, now I can say that it is true and well deserved. The actual fumigation crew/company (Nor Cal Fumigation) that comes to tent the house is top notch as well! They are also only 5 star reviews. I would recommend Nor Cal Fumigation to anyone looking for a professional quality pest control company. They are very responsive and on time! We have a tile roof that is more delicate than others and they did not break a single tile while we had house tented! 10/10 company!Service: Termite extermination

I cannot be happier with my experience with Nor-Cal Fumigation. It's not a pleasant experience to fumigate an occupied house, but everyone was so friendly and helpful, it definitely mitigated a crazy week. The set up and take-down crew get the big kudos here. They were gentle on our landscaping and fences (even tying our gate shut to help prevent break-ins in our absence). They noticed the age of our wood shingle roof and called me to express concern as to the damage they would do when tenting (we assured them our roof replacement was occurring soon), and took care to sweep the sand they used to get a good seal where the tent rested on our hardscape.
