Regan was quick to respond and thorough in helping us deal with a rat issue under our house. I appreciated the thorough explanation of what he recommended. Will definitely keep him in mind if we run into any other issues in the future.

I had a squirrel in my attic. I called several people but Regan got right back to me. He came the next day, determined where the problem was and put in a temporary fix right then. What he did was put in a one way screen door over the hole so the squirrel could exit but couldn't go back. He came 2 days later to permanently fix it. We could see how the squirrel had tried to get back in.The price was reasonable, work was excellent and the squirrel is gone. I had a put a camera in the attic so I could tell that it was gone.

I was on my way to open the garage and donate my refrigerator to a company that could sell it for money to help the poor. The refrigerator door was open because I was cleaning in the morning, and I found an opossum sitting inside the drawer in the refrigerator! I immediately called the animal rescue company. However, it was lunchtime, and nobody was available at that hour. Finally, I was able to get a hold of Regan from Animal Abatement Specialists, who was very responsive and came within a reasonable time.
