Dr. Patel was absolutely fantastic, and I truly can't recommend her enough. She was kind and friendly and also very professional (she'd actually read our charts and knew our vision history). She answered all our questions and made the experience a truly enjoyable one. We both ended up purchasing glasses, and Blake was an incredible sales associate...he had wonderful insights on which frames looked best with our face shapes and helped us without pushing us to spend more money than we'd planned. “Dr. Kenji is an incredible optometrist. He is smart, detailed, methodical and always on top of latest technology. We had a bit of emergency when my daughter’s only glasses were accidentally stepped on by another kid. We needed an urgent appointment because her prescription was just a bit out of date. He managed to squeeze her in and ordered a new pair to arrive in 2 days. Her prescription isn’t easily filled so going to a 1hr place wasn’t an option. He managed to do all of it with a warm smile, patience and didn’t rush us even though his office was jam packed with patients.“
