I had a genuinely positive experience during my recent visit to Optimus Vision Care Optometry with Dr. Teresa Wu. From the moment I walked through the doors, the front desk and support staff were exceptionally welcoming, warm, and friendly, which instantly set a great, comforting tone for the entire appointment.
There was a slight delay, as the wait was a little over ten minutes past my scheduled time. However, Dr. Wu was professional and gracious enough to personally apologize for the brief wait, which went a long way and showed great respect for my time. The doctors and staff are great. The appointment setting process is a royal pain. You cannot call in and talk to a person to make an appointment. You must make the appointment via a phone app, and the app is buggy. Once the appointment is made, you will get at least 2 emails requesting you update your medical records. I had to do this process twice. Overall the process left a bitter taste in my mouth and wasted a lot of time. Once you get in the door, however, the people are wonderful.
