The service level by the whole team was exceptional! Brian H is awesome! He knows the products very well, gave great guidance (style, color, tips on installation); he is super friendly and helpful. The installation team of Brad and David were very professional, quick and did a lovely job. And they vacuumed and cleaned the area at the end better than if I did it myself…LOL. The new floors look amazing and I could not be happier with the experience from beginning to end. A super duper 5-star experience, and I’ll definitely use them again.“
