Our property has 3 different heater and HVAC systems, all installed and maintained over time by company: Smart Air & Repair Lomita. We are fully electric, and heat pump and heater technology has improved a lot since our first system was put in. i have continued to be impressed by the install crews for their clean, high quality work and by the service technicians who always go above and beyond during heater repair and maintenance visits. These hvac units have been excellent. i have rarely seen two technicians work so quickly and accurately at the same time. Craig and Ruben removed our full air conditioning system and all the ductwork in a short time, and then installed the complete new system in just one day for Smart Air & Repair Lomita. our home felt completely different that same day, with steady cooling, better airflow, and much more balanced indoor temperatures. they were professional, friendly, and took time to explain the install process, system operation, and what to expect from the new airflow and performance. my wife and i were very impressed with the quality of the work, the clean installation,...read full review
my home heating hydronic system had been circulating hot water through the house for as long as i had lived here, and it was making the indoor temperature much too warm. During the hotter months in lomita, the extra heat made the home very uncomfortable and also put unnecessary strain on the heating setup. Several people had checked the furnace and hydronic system before, but no one gave me a clear fix or helpful advice. when tristan came out for a separate furnace repair issue, he quickly noticed what was happening with the hydronic heating system.
