Excellent experience! Went through Costco to get new flooring for our family room, so you know it’s going to be a good product at a very good value. The service level by the whole team was exceptional! Brian H is awesome! He knows the products very well, gave great guidance (style, color, tips on installation); he is super friendly and helpful. The installation team of Brad and David were very professional, quick and did a lovely job. And they vacuumed and cleaned the area at the end better than if I did it myself…LOL.
