“Although most of the work was satisfactory, there were a few things I found deficient. I found some of the fronts of the cupboards and their handles had not been wiped clean. Another, thing was after the cleaners left I spilled some clean water on the dining room floor. After I wiped it up with a paper towel, the towel was brown with dirt from the floor. I found that really disappointing. Also, I found the way they made the bed unsatisfactory. They put the bottom and top sheets on the bed, but only tucked them in at the bottom. They left the sides loose, especially the bottom sheets were just bulging out along the sides. Nor did they put the blanket on the bed and then turn it the top sheet down over it. And, to top it off they didn’t open up the bedspread and, as usual, bring it up over the pillow (as one sees beds made in hotels, which I consider the standard).”
