“After several disappointing experiences with different plumbers, a friend recommended Barnett. We had an issue with our pipes rattling especially when running the dishwasher. A technician came out for an initial assessment on a Thursday, listened to my concerns, literally inspected the house from top to bottom, ensured I had no other plumbing problems and was clear about Barnett's phased approach to resolving complex issues. It was decided a new water heater was needed (we suspected this) and recommended a pressure release valve be installed. It was also discovered that the air gap for the kitchen sink needed replacement as that was causing a separate leak. The engineer came out the following Tuesday and spent the day taking care of the items. He was thorough (taking care of some additional work with the water heater that wasn't originally identified), clean (seemed cleaner than we originally had it), clear in explaining what work he was doing and did this all with good humor. Overall, a great experience that instilled trust and we will continue to rely on Barnett in the future.“

I called them on a Sunday and Todd called back within 5 minutes. He came out the next day, quickly identified the problem. He had to get the part in Concord so he said he'd be back late that afternoon to install it. He was there around 3:30 and was able to fix it quickly. Todd was awesome.
