I called them on a Sunday and Todd called back within 5 minutes. He came out the next day, quickly identified the problem. He had to get the part in Concord so he said he'd be back late that afternoon to install it. He was there around 3:30 and was able to fix it quickly. Todd was awesome. “In the middle of heat wave, AC quits making cold air. Robert promptly responded to a SOS voicemail from the weekend and was able to stop by next day to fix when others have quoted 1 week to visit. He already knew what the issue could be even before coming out hearing the symptoms. And fixed it on first shot. Yes there was a truck charge, but he was not trying to price gauge you like the other place. All in all, I know who I can depend on next time I am stuck with no cold air. :)“
