“This was literally about an eight month ordeal due to the incompetence of “Tech Clean” The company that was administering the federal rebates for California as I needed the unit to actually be installed before I could claim it on my taxes, so I literally had to file an extension because tech clean was not on the ball. Eventually, it became obvious that tech clean was not going to pony up my $4000 rebate so I went forward anyway and had the unit installed.AIS We’re consummate professionals through the whole process, and I could not be happier with the unit that was installed. fast forward too, late November 2025 when I received a call from Genell Branum Who is the MVP in all this, she informed me that she never gave up on my $4000 rebate and finally got it handled and the check was in the mail which it was as it arrived three days later for $4000. I would not even consider another company for any of my HVAC needs at this point these guys were Rockstars start to finish.

“In the middle of heat wave, AC quits making cold air. Robert promptly responded to a SOS voicemail from the weekend and was able to stop by next day to fix when others have quoted 1 week to visit. He already knew what the issue could be even before coming out hearing the symptoms. And fixed it on first shot. Yes there was a truck charge, but he was not trying to price gauge you like the other place. All in all, I know who I can depend on next time I am stuck with no cold air. :)“
