“I contracted with Home Depot (HD) for a major bathroom remodel and electrical panel upgrade because I wanted a remodeler who was professional, consistent, who represented integrity and that I felt could trust and partner with. The 30 year tenure with HD was a major consideration for me from a business perspective and I was not disappointed. I most definitely would consider working with them again on future projects.During the design phase it took some patience as Home Depot was the middle man (not a bad thing at all--reviewing separately), but once we started it was 3D and me and it flowed very smoothly. We kept it to a mutual schedule and communicated constantly about everything during the job no matter how big, how small. “Gary Warren is the best contractor in the East Bay! He completely renovated our kitchen and it looks terrific. This is the third project, after renovating three bathrooms and a building a new master closet, in our condo and all three projects were five star, wonderful experiences. His work is always excellent. He sticks with his cost estimates even when unexpected issues arise. He starts and ends the projects when he says he will. He comes back to fix minor problems after he has been fully paid. Gary and his crew are easy to work with and they cleanup the workplace at the end of each day. “Michael literally saveeddddd us!!!! We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and it flooded our entire downstairs. I was 8 months pregnant with a toddler and absolutely devastated. Called Michael and immediately felt better. He assured us he would take care of everything. He came out the next day to assess the damage and told exactly what we needed to do. He took care of everything with the insurance company and they got to work repairing our home. I feel so blessed that I made that call to Michael because he made such a stressful situation ok. “I used global gutter to replace my gutters completely. I’m very happy with the look and the crew was quick and polite. I highly recommend.Update to my original review: A few months have past since my original install. We recently had a very strong storm and heard a loud banging coming from a downspout. It turns out the super heavy flow of water from my now very efficient new gutters was causing some noise in the original downspouts I requested stay on. David was super responsive and sent one of his managers out to address the issue. Happy to say after another storm the downspout is silent again. I really appreciate the follow up. A lot of companies have no incentive to come out after the original work is done and the bill is paid. This is how you get loyal customers.Service: Installation“
