Sean and his team were outstanding. We had issues in the past with multiple home contruction companies. This was just the opposite with AMS. We had a studio shed (with full bathroom) installed along with Trek decking. Everything turned out amazing. Sean was extremely personable and his team was professional and detailed. Highly recommend AMS.

We had 2 and a half bathrooms and our laundry room remodeled, plus a Studio Shed installed by AMS Construction. Sean was our project manager on both projects and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. Brilliant communication and easy to work with throughout. All of his team were polite, friendly, reliable and hard working. Sean gave us clear estimates and apart from our own changes, they came in bang on budget. Sean was also extremely helpful at giving me guidance on our bathroom choices. We will definitely use AMS again and highly recommend them.

We recently completed the installation of our 768 sq foot Studio Shed ADU, with a custom bath and kitchen. AMS did an amazing job, and we couldn't be more pleased with our new space. Our property has a culvert running through the center, creating many challenges with utility installation which went extremely well. In addition, AMS installed a large deck on the ADU, a smaller work shed, and rebuilt our fence. Sean was the overall project manager, his brother Adam helped with the cabinet design and installation, and Guillermo the foreman did a great job with on-site management.
