“We highly recommend Level Up Home Remodeling for any major project. We recently finished a remodel in Los Altos working with the owners, Ellie and Nir, and our PM, Tal, and are incredibly satisfied.

Their communication is phenomenal—we received regular WhatsApp updates(with photos) and had structured weekly on-site meetings resulting in zero surprises. Their awesome back-office staff also made the permitting process completely painless; our permit review took only a few months and stayed perfectly on schedule.

On the field, their design advice is practical and high-end. When we wanted to pivot on a kitchen door layout mid-execution, they suggested a beautiful alternative and handled the change order with minimal timeline impact.

While they are premium builders, they were highly sensitive to our budget and tailored material choices to maximize value. They were also flexible when coordinating with independent suppliers we brought to the table.

“We had a leak in our 2F bathtub which was done by another contractor. I was expecting the worst case scenario where we had to replace the whole bath tub, and that is when Roy's team came in. They were very fair about their quote, and recommended to first only charge the opening of the 1F ceiling to assess the leak. Daniel and the team worked really hard to find and fix the problem, so we ended up not needing to replace the bath tub and minimized the cost. We liked them so much that we plan to do a kitchen cabinet replacement with them soon.“
