“Wow! This is the most professional and amazing groomer we have ever been to. After a lifetime of going to the groomer every two weeks our 15 year old Malshi suddenly decided she does not tolerate groomers anymore. She is going deaf and blind and is just having a hard time, so long story short we have been trying to find a new groomer that could cater to her spicy senior demeanor. We saw a video of Logan the groomer grooming a spicy dog on social media and immediately made an appointment same day. To say we were relieved and impressed would be an understatement. Beginning to end, booking to pick up the experience was 100/10. The staff is so kind and patient. They took the time to go over our senior's quirks before the appointment and by some miracle were able to groom her completely. They did a wonderful job and she didn't seem stressed at all upon pick-up. Will be back and highly recommend for senior dogs needing special care.“

“I am a new customer and they chose to give my dog individual playtime for his two day stay. They sent me a daily report telling me how was doing. It sounded like he was having fun! They even included several pictures of him with the staff during his stay.
Overall I think my dog loved his stay here. He will be going again soon while I go on vacation.

“From the second my puppy and I came in today for our appointment Kelly was very gentle with my nervous dog as this was her first time getting professionally groomed. I also made a mistake of messing up the times and I came 30 minutes early and she still took my doggy right in. My doggy also causes a ruckus when it comes to getting her nails done and just a bath in general and they are good at what they do and got the job done. I can’t say enough of how awesome our visit was. We will be back for certain“

“I have a very nervous rescue that isn’t fond of strangers. I brought her to Camryn for her first ever groom.
I have nothing but positive things to say. I was nervous abt leaving my dog alone as I didn’t know how she was going to react. Once we got to the salon, my worries went away. ALL of the staff was very accommodating to my pup’s anxiety and put all the dogs away so she could acclimate to the new environment. Which instantly made me feel my dog was in good hands. They let me stay for a bit as my pup calmed down, and Camryn definitely made the effort to show my dog that she wasn’t a threat. I think the best part of my experience here was that when I got by pup back she was HAPPY, CALM and looked STUNNING !! I am happy that she came back clean, but knowing she came back with no stress beats everything.“

“I have been bringing my senior pup here since 2024 and I have to just say my experience here is always a delight. Dr. De Andino is an angel and is truly helpful in every way. You definitely can tell that she is genuine and passionate about what she does! The woman at the front desk was here the last time we brought our boy in and I thought that it was sweet how she greeted, not only us, but Buddy with a big warm welcome! “I recently brought my cat, James, to this veterinary hospital for a heart scan after he was diagnosed with a grade 3 heart murmur. At the very beginning, there was a small hiccup with scheduling — I was told I would receive a call back, and after a few days I hadn’t heard anything. I ended up reaching out via email, and once I did, everything completely turned around.

From that point on, the care and communication were exceptional. The team was extremely apologetic about the delay and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and informed every step of the way. They followed up before and after the appointment, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Justine, who took incredible care of me and James. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience and genuinely made up for that initial misstep. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier.

“Great experience from beginning to end. They were able to get my dog in within two days from when I called. They were very welcoming when we arrived, and their facility was very nice and clean. The groomer was very professional and friendly, and had my dog all set in about an hour, and she looked great.The price was very reasonable and I set up a second appointment. “Not the cheapest place but they do good work, can do unscented treatments and my wife that has bad allergies. They do de-shed our dog so he doesn't shed all over the house and the grooming enables my wife's to cuddle our 90 pound monster.“

After my cat went over the bridge, I was petless until recently when I adopted a lovely male labradoodle. True to the great service I received previously with my cat, they welcomed Doc with great service and many scratches. Still a great vet hospital, and Dr. G is still the best.

I was referred to BVH when my previous vet's office closed, and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything is explained in detail, and the Dr. my cat sees is great with cats. Mine is a brat, but Dr. Gunderson is able to calm her right down. She is thorough and informative, and very interested in the well being of her furry patients. The fact that she has a number of her own cats helps, I'm sure. Very impressed with both the care and the ease with which I can schedule an appointment. Thanks BVH staff.“
