“The annual office visit today for my daughter was fabulous. The office staff was friendly, and organized. A piece had broken off of the frames of my daughter’s glasses two weeks ago and when I called to make an appointment, the office staff looked up which frames she had ordered last time. They checked the current catalog and found out the same frames were still available, so they asked if I would like for them to order the frames before my daughter’s appointment and I agreed. After completing my daughter’s eye exam and determining that her prescription had not changed, Dr. Nozaki was able to put her existing lenses into the new frames which had arrived and she left with glasses which fit perfectly instead of having to wait two weeks for new frames to arrive. Dr. Nozaki is so knowledgeable and has state of the art equipment to diagnose all patients, including my daughter, who has special needs. Dr. Nozaki is so cheerful and his office has the best Disney memorabilia -that makes his office the happiest optometrist’s office on earth.“

“I want to give a big shout out to SuperChris @DelReyOptometry in Playa Del Rey, my beloved beach town! Dr. Pennino is amazing, charming, beautiful, excellent and fun! In particular the guy I’ve recently renamed SuperChris is outstanding! He was being referred to as Chris2 and that just couldn’t stand in my eyes so now he’s SuperChris! He takes great pride in his precision and excellence. He enjoys his work, goes all in and takes delight in pleasing you! He goes beyond the call of duty for little specialized tasks that others might dismiss or refuse but could really be a huge help in the moment. He demands excellence from the lab regarding color shading on lenses, etc. I just love him and know I can depend on him to deliver the very best product possible in a timely manner! He had my latest glasses back in 6 days! The same glasses that previously took 2 months to deliver and still weren’t the right shade really. Both Chris’s are great! The rest of the staff is kind, helpful and friendly as well. If you desire a little beach time I must say Playa Del Rey can deliver outstanding food and many additional services like great optometry!“
