I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Target Optical in Manhattan Beach today, all thanks to Cynthia. She went completely above and beyond to provide the kind of outstanding customer service that is incredibly rare to find these days.
I came in looking for a solution for my 1st Generation Ray-Ban Meta glasses that needed a replacement. Instead of giving me a standard, rigid response, Cynthia was incredibly resourceful and empathetic. She went out of her way to allow me to retroactively purchase and add a warranty plan, which completely covered the cost of the replacement. It saved me a massive headache and quite a bit of money.
