Excellent experience!! My first time to go to an eye doctor at a store so I wasn’t sure… The doctor was extremely professional, the technology was higher grade than at my own eye doctor, and the sales associate assisted me in using my insurance benefits and was incredibly helpful. He saved me a lot of money!!
I stopped in to find a pair of non - prescription sunglasses to wear as an alternative to my prescription sunglasses. I wanted to try a different size of frame and tint. Service by Tony was great as I explored the selection. RayBan tinted with polarization and other name brands are not inexpensive. When it came down to making the choice, Devin called up my account to note that I was entitled to discount due to my UHC insurance. That was a boon. Then, I asked if he could adjust my current prescription glasses which were slipping. Yes, and no charge. Again, excellent service and courtesy. I greatly appreciate the attention Tony and Devin paid me.
Kathy at the optical center was truly amazing!! I was visiting from out of town and tore a contact lense. She was able to find a suitable lense and hold it for me. I called several places that weren’t able to help but Kathy went above and beyond to provide great service which saved my vacation! THANK YOU KATHY!!!!
