I was at the Target optical dept on Jefferson Blvd in Culver City. I have accidentally bent my frame and went in for assistance. A very nice gentleman named Tony Damian pleasantly helped me fix my frame. He even went ahead and changed my nose pads without my asking. My glasses feel more comfortable than ever.
I have used this particular optical dept at Target before and the employees have always been helpful and professional. I have always felt welcome whenever I go in to ask for help. It’s a great and convenient place to shop.
Excellent experience!! My first time to go to an eye doctor at a store so I wasn’t sure… The doctor was extremely professional, the technology was higher grade than at my own eye doctor, and the sales associate assisted me in using my insurance benefits and was incredibly helpful. He saved me a lot of money!!
I stopped in to find a pair of non - prescription sunglasses to wear as an alternative to my prescription sunglasses. I wanted to try a different size of frame and tint. Service by Tony was great as I explored the selection. RayBan tinted with polarization and other name brands are not inexpensive. When it came down to making the choice, Devin called up my account to note that I was entitled to discount due to my UHC insurance. That was a boon. Then, I asked if he could adjust my current prescription glasses which were slipping. Yes, and no charge. Again, excellent service and courtesy. I greatly appreciate the attention Tony and Devin paid me.
