The annual office visit today for my daughter was fabulous. The office staff was friendly, and organized. A piece had broken off of the frames of my daughter’s glasses two weeks ago and when I called to make an appointment, the office staff looked up which frames she had ordered last time. They checked the current catalog and found out the same frames were still available, so they asked if I would like for them to order the frames before my daughter’s appointment and I agreed. After completing my daughter’s eye exam and determining that her prescription had not changed, Dr. Nozaki was able to put her existing lenses into the new frames which had arrived and she left with glasses which fit perfectly instead of having to wait two weeks for new frames to arrive. Dr. Nozaki is so knowledgeable and has state of the art equipment to diagnose all patients, including my daughter, who has special needs. Dr. Nozaki is so cheerful and his office has the best Disney memorabilia -that makes his office the happiest optometrist’s office on earth.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nozaki for several years and would highly recommend his services for proper eye care and eyeglasses. He uses state of the art equipment and techniques, and is very professional and caring. As a bonus, he is a huge fan of Disney and is well-informed on the parks and other entertainment, as evidenced by the numerous Disney artifacts on display in his office.
