I had an outstanding experience here today. Around 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 1, the screw fell out of my prescription glasses, and I stopped in hoping someone could help with a quick fix.
The gentleman working (who was there by himself) repaired my glasses in less than three minutes, found a replacement screw, and had me back on my way almost immediately. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help.
What impressed me even more was that he refused to accept any payment. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, especially for someone who wasn’t even making a purchase.

Great experience, i walked in without calling ahead and just straight up asked if he was able to refit my current lenses into a new frame because i had broke my current pair. Without missing a beat, he takes my pair, pops the lenses out and walks over to a pair that fit me like a dream. He did some slight adjusting of the back of the frames, and i walked in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. It was fantastic. And the price was respectable as well!
