“I've been going here for a few years now, and I have nothing but good things to say. I have not had any bad experiences when it comes down to customer service. All the staff are always very welcoming. Even when they have been busy, they manage to remain calm and friendly. I love that the doctor knows what he's doing, and he has your glasses ready almost the same day. They have a wide selection of frames for all types of styles. The only reason I don't like going here is because I end up spending more than I need to. Meaning, I own about 4 pairs of up to date glasses, and when I go in, I see new frames I like but don't need.“

“I don't live in SoCal but I've used Hye Optic for my prescription lenses for about ten years because of their great service and always low and fair pricing (much better than even Costco), getting a new pair of frames every year or so. I would buy my Designer frames on eBay, send them to LA, and then get them back within a week or so...perfectly done, every time. I have been in cancer treatment for the last couple of years and I'm unable to work, putting me in an uncomfortable financial situation for the first time since I was a young man just starting out in life. I now have to carefully watch all my spending, and given our current inflation rate, it's often a challenge. My new prescription (much stronger from age), along with inflation, caused the price of my lenses to increase quite a bit and I requested that they send the frames back to me because I just didn't absolutely need the new lenses at the moment. My current glasses would have to hold me for a while. A week went by and I hadn't gotten them back, so I emailed them and asked whether they'd mailed them yet. They told me that they were filling the order anyway and that they'd mail them when they were finished...on them, as in no-charge/gratis.....FREE. I was nearly speechless, though I thanked them from the bottom of my heart. This was just an unbelievable gesture from them. I just really have no words to explain how grateful I am for Hye Optic, their staff, and their customer loyalty. Needless to say, they've got a customer for life. They had me anyway, but this sealed the deal. Regardless of any online companies low price offerings, I'm sticking with Hye Optic for life. Any company that behaves this way deserves my business, and everyone else's. It doesn't get any better than this. Beside the fact that their work has always been absolutely perfect. “Don't walk run!!! I cannot recommend Eye Love Optical enough. Value, customer service and urgency is above all. I had a pair of designer glasses that more than a handful of repair shops turned down. Owner stared at it for 30 seconds, went to the back & came back with a nearly brand new pair of glasses. Owner & his associate were extremely kind, accommodating and very patient. I ordered a pair of custom colored lenses on a pair of designer sunglasses and they returned it in an even better condition than they were dropped off. I was carless at the time and they arranged a delivery. In a city where customer service, kindness and sense of urgency is very lacking, I thank you - Please support this small business HIGHLY recommend.“
“I broke my glasses this morning and had to get them fixed or replaced immediately to begin to study for my test tomorrow. It was pretty late; I think it was around 6 PM, and no other optical store but this one was open. I was all over the place, panicking and worrying that the replacement was going to take a few days or weeks to finish, but luckily, this place had my new glasses ready within an hour of ordering them. The worker there was very patient with me, gave me suggestions of what looked good on me, and provided clear instructions -- so overall, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that is in need of new glasses. It was $430 total, about $200 for the frame and $200 for the lense.“

I'm always happy with the service and the ability to get my eye exam done, ask all questions and view frames all in a timely manner. My son had his first eye exam w Dr Mayeda and loved it. This is by far the best optometrist in the Torrance/Gardena area. I wanted new frames and the staff was very informative about what my insurance would cover and how it worked. I chose some really nice Tom Ford frames that I just couldn't resist. I love that they allow you to browse the frames, and they are still close enough that if you need assistance they can come right over.“

“CRT (Ortho K)? YES PLEASE! I am so happy to have found Dr Diop. My kids and I were due for our annual check up back in early/mid 2023, but had recently moved when I saw a sign for her office and dropped it. The experience was wonderful with Dr Diop, as she never made us feel rushed, and took care with every interaction. I had my kids start on the CRT (aka Ortho K) eye therapy this year, and it has been such an amazing experience. Results felt instant, in just a few days, my kids were able to see 20/20 through their entire day. Dr Diop still continued examinations, tweaking the fit of the lenses for one of my kids, because comfort was just as important as vision. BONUS: Dr Diop had the best pricing for the same equipment and lab other doctors use.“
