I didn't select Arctic Air to perform the repair job, since their estimate was the most expensive of the three quotes that I had. I was also unhappy that they charged me for the estimate visit when I decided not to work with them. Both of the other companies I contacted made the home visits and provided their estimates for me free of charge. I will not call on Artic Air again for my AC repair needs in the future, since they are expensive compared to the other two companies that I talked to. There are many good AC repair companies out there locally who charge less as I found in my recent experience.“
