They came to our rescue. Our AC went out in the middle of Summer. I had been having conversations with the owner about what type of AC unit we should get because I knew our AC was on its last leg. It was over 35 years old and not cooling as well as it used to. Once it gave out we called Pennies and they came out the next day. The installation was smooth and much more quiet than I thought it would be and they didn’t take long to installing the unit either. After two days of using a BTU to cool off we were grateful to get fast, friendly service. Use this company. The prices are fair and they went the extra mile for us and we are very grateful.
