“These guys are the best and they made it into my "contacts"! 1. They gave me a quote for a simple drain clearance over the phone. 2. They showed up the same day, within a couple hours of my phone call. 3. They unclogged my bath tub in less than 20 minutes! 4. The cost was the exact amount that I was initially quoted. 5. “Honestly, finding a great, honest plumber is really hard. With Allen, from Absolute Best Service Plumbing, I didn't have that problem.His pricing is competitive, his service is the absolute best. It's not just a name, it's legitimate. Him and his dad were amazing. They answered all of my questions, were super nice and courteous which is surprisingly hard to find in this industry, call around and you'll find out how rude plumbers can be.Allen was the opposite. Super approachable, easy to talk to, and he explains what he's doing without losing you in jargon or overcomplication.I gave them five stars because of everything above. We did a complete repipe on our plumbing and he started on Monday and finished on Wednesday. He communicated with us the whole time each step and what to expect. We knew when the water would be cut off and we knew how much to expect to pay. No hidden charges and no gotchas.I really liked how they cut even on the drywall, because we've had plumbers before who just sliced and diced the wall and it was super uneven which costed us more to repair later.I really appreciated his professionalism, and his great customer service. He is the absolute best service plumber in Lancaster and Palmdale.“
