The tech (Melvin) was very knowledgeable and respectful. I felt bad for him because he was working on the AC unit outside and I had forgot to trim the rose bushes next to the unit. He did not complain but I did trim the roses so he wasn’t getting cut by the thorns. He said “thank you for trimming the bushes but you didn’t have to do that”. Ultimately a very good and hard worker.

All Heart has been my family’s go to for heating and AC needs for years now! Love this company. Genuinely friendly workers are hard to find now a days but this company always has the kindest and most helpful people from the phone operators to the people who service your appliances. They always come asap, and they have very fair prices. You won’t regret calling them.
