Called at 4:30 pm Alex was there by 5pm and sadly didn’t have the part. Next day Ray calls and said he had a stop to make and will then look for my part. He had the new part installed by 10:30 am and the AC worked perfectly. Western installed our Trane system years ago and have been there for us over the many years we’ve lived here.
Cody of Western Equipment did a fine job of recently taking care of my mom‘s heat pump. He was respectful, kind, professional, and very efficient. He represents his company very well. Jessica and Carmen are also wonderful representatives.
