Cody was the only tech that was willing to come and address our A/C issue we were having. He was extremely professional and efficient with identifying the exact issue and getting it resolved. My air conditioner died at 8:00PM. I live in the desert and it was still 90 degrees! They are the only company Who said they would address the problem immediately and had shown up in 30 minutes. The rest of them said they would show up the next day. The Technician who came was professional. The Technician who came did a great job at explaining to me what happened and what needed to be done to fix it. I was impressed with His breadth ok knowledge of My system. The charge to fix the problem was fair. Thank You for taking care of My family and our comfort in the desert like it was Your own.
