Ivan and Tony installed a new HVAC system and did a professional job, tidied up, and gave useful tips. Mike Stevens fixed a heater and was friendly, communicative, and amazing. He explained what was wrong, kept the customer updated, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Joseph was great and did a thorough job checking out the A/C to diagnose the issue. He was on time and friendly. Joe quickly diagnosed and fixed a tricky wiring issue that caused the A/C to not blow cool air, and explained everything clearly. Joe was thorough and explained everything that could potentially happen to an old unit, did not try to sell a new one, found a bad capacitor, and replaced it. The service is top notch, professional, personable, and honest. The company is highly recommended for any heating repairs or A/C work.
I made a request for Arctic Air to come and estimate an AC system repair job for me. The technician was great. He was polite, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. I didn't select Arctic Air to perform the repair job, since their estimate was the most expensive of the three quotes that I had. I was also unhappy that they charged me for the estimate visit when I decided not to work with them. Both of the other companies I contacted made the home visits and provided their estimates for me free of charge. I had an excellent experience with Artic Air! The technician Mike Stevens who came out to fix my heater was friendly, communicative, and all around amazing. He took the time to explain what was wrong, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find service that’s both professional and personable, but he truly delivered. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating repairs, top notch service from start to finish!
