For one guy this is not always possible but it when there is an emergency I know he'll find time. He is professional and knowledgeable and gave me any recommendations i needed to follow up.I dislike the large companies that over charge and make you wait and really act as if they do not need your business. They may not but they are in the wrong business when plumbing issues are sometimes of the highest priority.I have not need for any other plumber. The appointment was scheduled, and Thomas promptly arrived. He spent time diagnosing the leak and did the proper part change, adjustment, and changed out the water pipe. All in less than 30mins.
