I had a problem with my sewer main. They came out and assess the situation. Gave me a quote to repair the problem. Got the job done lickety-split I’m super stoked. I recommend Russells plumbing to everybody in need of good service. Thanks again Russel’s plumbing I really appreciate it.
I am giving this company a 5 star review for Russells Plumbing for turning a not so happy customer into a happy one. My mother n law is 97 and needed new valves installed to replace corroded dated valves. The plumber initially came out and just tightened to valves without replacing them for usual and customary fees which equaled a total of $175 for installing two washing machine hoses and tightening bolts. I was not happy and contacted the awesome customer service rep in the phone reminding her that we specifically ordered the job for 2 valves and hoses replacement. I have used Russell Plumbing for the last 2 years. They have been excellent on being available ,especially for the apartments I property manage . Pete is the man ! He really takes his time to get the job done ! I would definitely recommend them for getting the job done !!
