Wow, in a sea of overworked, underqualified, and unresponsive contractors, Sitz Plumbing is a breath of fresh air. They came out right away to give us an estimate for our work, scheduled to do the work in a timely fashion, SHOWED UP when they said they would, and did the work quickly, efficiently, correctly, and cleanly...as it should be, but so often isn't these days.Matt and Tom are great. Fantastic! Had a really odd problem with hot water coming out of both hot and cold lines as well as in the toilet! Initial plumber sent was not sure so said he would return the owner. Owner (Tom I believe) came out with him the following day and figured out in 60 seconds. Replaced a circulating valve and all is as it should be. Great service and troubleshooting. Highly recommend!

I'm in a rental property and the property management sent over Sitz Plumbing to take care of an emergency plumbing issue in my apartment. The technician Sitz sent - Gilbert - was awesome. Really nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that Gilbert actually cared and took the time to field my questions about what happened and thoroughly explained what he was doing. Definitely recommend.
