This is a great company. They were very kind on the phone and the representative, Justin, was extremely polite, kind, and helpful. He really knew what he was doing. They came out, and were very punctual, and handled my issues in an extremely satisfactory manner. Although I didn't need a new hot water heater, the time they spent, and the advice and information they gave was, was very helpful, and I am very satisfied and highly recommend Water Heaters Only for anybody who's having hot water issues.
When I reached out for a quote, not only did they provide me with the prices and considerations extremely quickly, they also informed me that my heater was still under warranty through the manufacturer and provided instructions on how to find a manufacturer-contracted provider to save money. This was a very honest person and I would trust them completely to not be "salesy" or try to take advantage.
