“We used Burtech several years ago and they were great. We needed two sets of bathroom faucets installed, so we called them again. Gino called 30 minutes before arrival (as scheduled) and arrived on time. It seems I did not order the valve units I needed to complete the installation (which I discovered are sold separately at Lowes). Gino managed to locate two sets, went off to get them, and charged us a fair price for them. They very kindly did not change the original estimate, even though an extra hour or so was incurred because of the need for the extra components.Gino did a first class job, and once again, Burtech came through for us.
