Received updates on my repair tech's arrival. Tech came within the arrival window and was courteous, professional and efficient in repairing our Manitowoc ice machine. I'm not sure I would call Precision Temperature again to handle our Manitowoc repair as any Manitowoc warranty repairs require prepayment, and a long wait for refund. Not Precision Temperature's fault, but I might call other repair services in town to see if they have the same policy.
