KUDOS to David and Rafael!We recently had to reach out to Fire & Ice for their assistance in resolving an issue with our air conditioner when it decided to stop working.David paid us a visit mid-week and was able to diagnose and repair the issue, as well as perform our annual service (which I had lagged on earlier in the year). We were happy to have our functioning air conditioner again.
