Somehow, every single inch of ductwork in our HVAC system needed replacing during the hottest part of the year. Another HVAC company quoted us over $10k to replace it. That didn't feel right, so I got a second quote from Western Mechanical. Their quote came in at 30%(!) of the price. Obviously we went with Western, clearly they operate in good faith as a business and don't price gouge even when people are desperate. Currently sitting in a well air-conditioned home with new ducts and happy with my choice!

The A/C in my condo went out Saturday. I called Monday morning and someone was here to repair the unit within a couple hours. They fixed the broken fuse and faulty wiring. Informed me of future repairs that may be needed due to the unit being over 20 years old. They are always professional and easy to work with. They are the only A/C company I ever call.

Fabulous!! The Best!! Beyond Honest. Such integrity. Our air conditioner stopped working on Friday so we called Western Mechanical and explained that my wife was having in and out surgery on Monday so it was very important that the A/C be working when she came home. Very few if any HVAC companies work on Saturday including Western Mechanical. Couple this no work on weekends with the heat wave we are going through at this time and you assume that all HVAC companies are extremely busy and that getting a service call for the next day, Saturday, would be impossible.
