“I tried many popular optometries, which were filled with lots of patients. So,their eye exams were rushed through and my eyes didn't even have enough time to adjust between different exam lenses. I ended up with glasses that made me dizzy with headaches. When I stumbled on this place, I finally got the righ glasses and my eyes could read very comfortably. So, I came back for a pair of bi-focal glasses, besides the first pair of reading glasses. I'm again very satisfied with Dr. Huang's service. Dr. Huang is very knowledgeable and truly care for her patients. She is very detailed and considerate. When she examined my eyes, she gave me enough time, so my eyes could adjust for the exact results. Furthermore, she not only examined my two eyes seperately but also examined both eyes together for additional fine tune. The results seemed to be close but made a huge difference to me. Once you came here, you can never go back.“

“Dr. M is an old school doctor who remembers your family and life details, makes sure to listen to your questions, and takes his time. He is my favorite doctor I've ever been to. Also the optician Angie is a sweetheart. I highly recommend this optometrist, and drive out of my way to visit him! Our whole family has been seeing him for 20 years now, and won't stop anytime soon! “Dr. Poolsaad has to be one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. I'm usually self conscious about my eyes but he made me feel super comfortable. I went in for contacts and he could have sold them to me. He let me know that it wasn't recommended due to the prisms in my prescription. Saved me extra money that wasn't necessary. (Last Dr I had was nice but sold me the contacts and I didn't know they didn't have the prisms in them or I wouldn't have gotten them.)Dr. Poolsaad was patient, thorough, professional, kind and HONEST. “I went here as the third optical store to get my daughter's eye exam for the third time. It was her first pair of glasses, and I wanted to ensure she got the proper measurement. As this was my first time getting glasses for my young daughter, I had many questions.

A young gentleman named Vy, who works at the optical store, helped answer every detail of my questions and explained all the important factors to consider when selecting frames for kids. Even after I left the store, I called a few days later to ask about the pupillary distance for her eyes. Despite being busy, Vy took the time to answer all my questions over the phone.

Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I've had in many years. They don't try to upsell like other optical stores and provide honest guidance to help you get the glasses within your budget. Even though I don't have insurance, I will continue to come here as long as Vy works there.“

I wasn't able to see him originally for my yearly exam. And that doctor gave me a totally different prescription for my lenses that were so unusable.

I finally got to see Dr. Wada and he and Lorena were able to help get me a the right prescription and glasses. Thank you guys!“

Was greeted by Caroline, who’s name immediately reminded me of my first radio station job as evening drive announcer in Palm Springs with Elliot Field @ 1450 KPSI (Keeping Palm Springs Informed). 1978-79

Caroline immediately greeted me and welcomed me with open arms. She demonstrated outstanding customer satisfaction skills from the opening bell!

Within 10 minutes, she had my Oakley glasses back in top form, and for good measure along the way, she flashed an outstanding sense of humor and made me feel right at home. Like family …..

As I was leaving, she even offered to clean my glasses. I thought, what did I do today to deserve so much caring service & kindness!

“Stop searching for a good eyeglasses place. This is it! It took no time at all to get my new lenses made. It took more time for me to pick new frames than actually getting my lenses cut, placed, and cleaned. They were very patient with me and my crazy active toddler. Pricing is great. They even had $55 frames last time I visited. The variety of frames was great bc I was getting bored of my usual black or silver cat eye frames. I found a blush frame that I'm obsessed with now. This place might be small on the outside but inside you feel like you're getting the queen/king experience and I can not stress how fast the whole process was to take even less than a day to have my new glasses. It took me 30min max!“

I found them on Google and saw that they had mass amounts of 5-star reviews, I called in and was greeted by an invigorating young lady. It was very easy to book an appointment the following days, they took all my information over the phone, and simplified it when I came in.

The facility; When you walk in you're greeted with hundreds of glasses on display on both sides of the room, at the far-end you'll find the receptionist's desk where she will take your information and set you up. They have state of the art equipment for eye exams, and all other services they offer. The facility was extremely clean and spotless, it resembles a dealership showroom with a new car that's spotless, that's how clean it was!

The Doctor; Doctor Duong was easy going and spoke direct, no sugar coating, straight to the point. She has an inviting energy to her where she makes you feel at home, welcomed with a pleasant vibe. You're able to pick up her confidence and knowledge that she has based on the responses she gives you.

All-in-all the visit was great, I will definitely be coming back every year and also coming back with my wife, my eye feeling tremendously better after I did what she instructed me to do!“
