I have been a patient at this office for 15+ years and never had a bad experience. The staff is very helpful and they have very accommodating scheduling times. I really enjoy meeting with Dr. Ikeda and Dr. Nishimoto; they're always have positive attitudes and they're both very knowledgeable and personable!

I found Dr. Ikeda last minute because my child was having severe red eye that would not go away. Our usual family optometrist at Eastgate Optometry showed her true colors when turning my seven-year-old son away for severe dry eyes that were causing him headaches. I was determined to find a caring yet knowledgeable optometrist to treat my older son's red eye issue. Every optometrist I called in the area wanted to charge me $150 JUST TO LOOK at his red eye, then charge more to treat it. I found Dr. Ikeda by chance. It was 4:50 pm and he took us in last minute. I have been coming here for 2+ years John is an amazing optometrist and really takes his time. I appreciate the little notes he takes of his patients to talk about next time, you feel like you're a part of their family. This place is doing it right even up to the front desk.
