I had a great experience at Target Optical today. One of the staff members, Rigo, quickly fixed my glasses by screwing the arm back on. Rigo was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. The repair was done fast and he even cleaned my glasses before handing them back. Great customer service.
Dr Tran is an amazing person who truly cares and listens to her patients. I see her once a year and she remembers everything about me and my family. A connection between a patient and thier provider is something special when they actual want to help. Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you next year.
Dr. Tran is a fantastic optometrist and such a lovely, kind person! She makes you feel very welcome and listens to any concerns you might have. She thoroughly explains all tests and results to help make sure you fully understand and are always comfortable.
Michelle, the receptionist, is also very kind and helpful with explaining any paperwork and payment.
Absolutely love this team and will continue coming!
