Jerry proved to be as hard working and professional as his reviews made him out to be. From the first time I called him, you could tell he knew what he was talking about from his experience. He quoted an affordable price for my new apartment and stuck to that 100%. I've attached some before and after photos, although it's hard to capture just how clean he left my floors. A previous service came in with seemingly just a mop and my feet were left black. This time I took off my socks and my feet got cleaner with every step. We had a rental property become vacant and we found that the hardwood floors and marble tile been neglected and abused for five years. Gerry gave me a quote over the phone and we set up a day for the floors to be scrubbed, stripped, polished, and sealed. He texted me a couple days before to confirm everything and showed up at the property right when he said he would. Now at this point, I'd never even met the guy face to face, but he sent me his pinned location at the property (smart!) and used a lockbox to get inside.
