“Marlee helped me regulate my cycle to get pregnant naturally! No stone went unturned. Cupping, Accupuncture, Accupressure, Reiki, real deal Traditional Chinese Medicine herbs which I took home to drink every day to help encourage circulation to my hands and feet (which were often PURPLE before I started working with Marlee). Marlee's approach is a rare combination of scientific and intuitive. She's utterly professional while taking great care. Highly recommend.“

1968 Lake Ave, Altadena“One of my favorite places to take Yoga classes at. It's a very nice space and Viviana was a knowledgeable teacher.I really liked the Kundalini yoga classes I took here as well as the Restorative one I took on a Sunday. They also have great deals on pricing.“
“Jack is amazing! I was referred to him a while back, and I started having some lower back pains and decided to schedule with him. I was so impressed by his techniques, and how I felt after the first session I scheduled a full package for several weeks to follow. He is intuitive, professional, and very knowledgeable. He is a bit of a distance from me, but it is so worth the drive. If you were looking for something MORE than a massage therapist then look no further. Thanks Jack, for taking the time to use your gifts to help me with my healing.“
“Tara is wonderful at what she does and is very knowledgeable in her practice. I always leave with my body feeling loosened up and fresh (especially after using her infrared sauna). Her sweet spirit and calming room makes the experience that much better.“
“I worked with Marna for my second pregnancy. Everyone said the second would come faster than the first but we were 10 days past our original due date and I'd been going in and out of labor contractions for almost 3 weeks. I was starting to have anxiety about induction and my doula recommended Marna. She came over to my house in the evening and it was so nice and relaxing. She finished at 9pm and my water broke (in a Hollywood-like display) at 3am. I was so grateful for help. My son was born at 7am!“

She gave me a while wellness assessment on my first visit with great suggestions for self care and a treatment plan, including how her office can help with acupuncture, massage, lymphatic drainage and abdominal massage. My first acupuncture session was excellent and she really listened to my many many issues and concerns before the treatment. I highly recommend her! The personal approach and whole-body attention is ideal for someone like me with stage 4 lung cancer and many associated ailments!!“

1276 N Van Ness Ave, Los Angeles“Here's an overdue review for Aeriform. I trained regularly with Onyx, Lauren, Will, and Kris when I lived in LA for a year and absolutely loved their classes, which included pole, hoop, and stretch. The manager, Lea, is very accommodating and genuinely supportive of the community, unlike some other pole studios in LA that view clients as mere cash flow. While it's a small studio and the poles are a bit on the older side, the classes aren't overly crowded, so you'll enjoy a semi-private training experience in some of them.“

He wants to make sure you get healed with the least number of visits.I’ll definitely keep seeing him and recommend his services to family and friends.“

5116 York Blvd, Los Angeles“An amazing yoga studio. I went here at least a few times a week for over a year, before my move. All of the teachers are incredible and the classes offered have a good variety of skill level, type of yoga, and schedule. The terrace and main studio have a lovely desert-y aesthetic, and there is fresh cold water. The management is responsive, kind, on top of it! Such good vibes.“

277 W Green St Unit 110, Pasadena“Clean and welcoming studio with friendly staff and instructors -- I've taken two classes here so far through ClassPass, Candlelight Restore and Sculpt & Flow, and I enjoyed both! Candlelight is perfect for relaxation/releasing tension while Sculpt & Flow is a really fun, invigorating workout. Will definitely return for more classes.“

The class was a great mixture of playfulness and authentic practice and just the right level for me. Will definitely be returning!“

904 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood“I really enjoy being here. I've enrolled in several classes, with my top picks being HIIT, Cycling, Hot Pilates, and boot camp. Additionally, they offer soundbath and meditation sessions. While I've only attended the soundbath and meditation class once earlier this year, I intend to make it a monthly routine as it offers a refreshing reset. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is very motivating.“

Pasadena“I love this virtual yoga class! Mindy is an exceptional teacher, giving detailed instructions throughout each session. Her methods brought me a deep awareness of my body and have resulted in rapid improvements in my posture, balance, flexibility and strength. These classes go far beyond yoga and provide deep somatic techniques that lead to long-lasting change.“

2810 Glendale Blvd, Los Angeles“Warm, welcoming, and well-lit yoga studio with teachers that bring a wealth of knowledge on stretching and strengthening the body. Beverly is a teacher that is classically trained and her practice is centered in breathwork and alignment. Her practice is comprehensive but she does not push students beyond their capacity - I especially don't want to feel so tight after yoga that I need a neck and shoulder massage. Yoga was designed to be both strengthening and relaxing, and Silverlake Yoga teachers bring this balance to their work.“

2150 Colorado Blvd, Los Angeles“After trying one free yoga session, I then recently tried their intro offer for 21 days, and I am so happy I found this studio. I have just joined unlimited for the next 3 months. The first week, I did yoga every day, and the second and third weeks I alternated yoga with FIT and STRENGTH classes online with Audrey- amazing! In person, each instructor is easygoing and supportive, and all types of bodies go to this studio! Every instructor has something new to offer and each class is different. In addition to a variety of yoga classes, they have fitness classes including strength and circuit training. While I loved coming to the studio in Eagle Rock and will probably make it for more in-person classes after work, I am really grateful they also have so many online classes that can be done LIVE from home. Also very cool that you can visit any of the studios with your membership. I am really appreciative of the online fitness classes where we all keep our cameras on and someone is there live, coaching my form. I never feel judged or talked down to, everyone is very nice. What a gem of a spot to stay healthy and feel good about yourself!“
“Marike is the absolute best!!!! She has the best energy, positivity and I always leave her class feeling 10000% better! Highly highly HIGHLY recommend her hot yoga sculpt!“
