165 N Redwood Dr Suite 130, San Rafael“I have been seeing Marci at Pelvic Path for close to 10 months now. My initial reason for coming was bladder leakage... But things began surfacing in my body that I thought were unrelated. Each session I would mention the new thing and each time Marci would have an explanation on how the symptom I was experiencing was related to the pelvic floor and would offer up an exercise to address the issue. Not only has my leakage improved dramatically but so has my overall physical strength and mental well-being. She uses an integrative approach to healing and strengthening. I feel empowered and engaged in my healing process. She is giving me tools to take with me as I move forward.Marci is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, empathetic, adaptable and upbeat with just the right amount task master thrown in.The sessions are always different and meet me where I'm at on the day of the session. I trust her implicitly! She is a valued member of my health care team.“

4340 Redwood Hwy c414, San Rafael“I’m visiting Dr. Drew and he is treating my Frenchies for spine health as well, I know, very Marin. More like San Rafael. I’m getting adjustments to support my low back and hips, the same as Penny and Bazzi. He also does horses offsite, Right? I found Dr. Drew looking for cold or hot laser to help with my Psoas, I am also doing ultrasound treatments once a week after each session, using multiple modalities to facilitate free movement. The team is great and Dr. Drew gives good clean adjustments for spinal care. This is a great local resource.“

150 Nellen Ave #200, Corte Madera“Marin Spine is the gold standard for end to end wellness and performance. Dr Chappy and Julia stand out from other businesses in the area as the experience is tailored to the individual. I am an endurance elite cyclist that suffered from severe leg and glute pain which sidelined me for over eight months and suffered between doctors and other chiropractors. Once in their hands, I was back on a bike in a few months as they guided with a recovery and therapy plan through manual therapy, exercises and premium equipment like focused shockwave, laser and red light bed therapy. The red light bed boosted my energy and helped reduce inflammation in my leg and knee. They care deeply about each patient and make you feel like part of their family. Without them, I would not be back in the game and regaining my strength and stability. If you are looking for the best in Marin, this is the end to end treatment for any injury.“

I can’t believe the progress I’ve made with him in many ways. I came from Active Marin and this was 10x better. Do not hesitate to work with him“

591 Redwood Hwy Suite 2235, Mill Valley“I had a sciatica problem and received excellent care at Renew. I worked with a physical therapist the entire visit, rather than a PT Aid showing me my follow on exercises. I worked with Anna and Cassie, and both were excellent! When I had questions in between visits, they responded that day, either by phone or email. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. After my sciatica was resolved, I left with a maintenance set of exercises that will help prevent it from recurring. Very happy with Renew!“

228 Bon Air Center, Greenbrae“I fell down a flight of stairs -- did PT to no effect, and decided to try this instead. Total miracle. I have been getting stretched regularly by one of the top female flexologists to regain strength and range of motion while decreasing pain from inflammation. River, Neil, and the flexologists at StretchLab Greenbrae are really wonderful people in addition to providing a life-changing service (TY!). I could rave on, but just go! You'll feel so much better.“

100 Shoreline Hwy Bldg B Suite 150, Mill Valley“Tammara changed the whole picture of health for me after a chronic neck injury kept me from sleeping well, affecting my posture and pulling my core out of alignment. I spent over a year w a PT at another facility and arrived in the same pain when I had my first session. She worked closely with me, gave me a clear treatment plan, helped me understand how my neck was affecting other pain areas. You can feel the years of expertise in understanding the physiology of injuries in her hands. She facilitated the healing though ART manual therapy, Shockwave for myofascial breakdown and WinBack Tecar for pain and muscular release as part of my rehabilitation.I returned to see Dr. Moore after I had PRP therapy in my left hip since strengthening this area post injection is critical to the success. She gave me mobility pattern exercises and I was able to ski six weeks post!!Highly recommend her expertise to anybody looking to regain movement, has bodily restrictions or wants to improve their performance to the next level.“

735 Center Blvd Suite C, Fairfax“I am new to pilates and wanted to find an enjoyable way to stay flexible and active as I get older. I only joined The Joyful Movement in August and have already noticed a difference in myself. Sofie's classes are really enjoyable, she explains the movements and how and where one should feel the exercise in your body. The exercises are progressive and achievable with practice. Sofie herself has a lovely nature she is a really personable and a good teacher. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in considering starting or indeed continuing their pilates journey. Thank you Sofie“

26 Topside Way, Mill Valley“If I could give DeAnna 100 stars, I would do that. Last year I had both shoulders replaced and I couldn't have done it withoutDeAnna! Her expertise in injuries/surgeries of all types is encyclopedic. Her studio, in her home, has everything needed for a full recovery from any injury. Best of all, with her amazing knowledge, she gently guides clients to optimal functioning in a very safe, supportive environment. DeAnna is the only PT I've ever worked with who created a plan (with how-to videos) that made me want to go home and do my daily home exercises religiously. Because I saw and felt the positive results from sticking to her program!! She's just the best PT I've ever worked with. She's also a wonderful, caring human and I know my great outcomes from my surgeries wouldn't have happened without her guidance and knowledge.“
“Al is not only skilled, highly knowledgeable, and dedicated to the art and science of body work, but he's courageous in his approach. He doesn't waiver on approaching the body from a best practices mindset even when there may be 'crowds' who argue with it. Speaking as a fellow body worker, I can say that Al's insight into massage to help with low back, hip, shoulder, neck pain.... is one of the most effective approaches I've ever received. And, he's a community leader in massage - a true Master - highly recommend getting on his schedule while he's still taking new clients.“

119 Paul Dr Ste A, San Rafael“I developed a serious back problem and could not walk. The medical recommendation was surgery. I wanted to try something less intrusive, though the pain and limitations on functioning were severe. A friend had had a good experience with Dr. Schillinger, and recommended him. Previously I had been rather doubtful about chiropractic work. Boy, was I wrong. I am walking now, without pain or discomfort, getting stronger and feeling tremendously better. Dr. Schillinger is outstanding. He's thoughtful, informed, open and pays attention. I recommend him highly and without reservation.“

21 Tamal Vista Blvd #158, Corte Madera“If you have been struggling with tennis elbow, I strongly recommend Allen. Don’t try cortisone, give this a try first. Allen is 100% focused on tennis (and golf) elbow. His approach is primarily on using massage techniques to stimulate the rehabilitation of tendons and ligaments but also on stretching and strength exercises. I’ve been to about five sessions and feel very much that my tennis elbow issues are close to resolved.“

655 Redwood Highway Frontage Rd, Mill Valley“Not only is this kind of body work amazing but the practitioners here all have lots of other and varied skills that can really help you get out of the bind you're in with your body. They do a lot of work to release trauma impingements that cause downstream pain and dysfunctions. As well as fix any type of recent postural dysfunction that's causing pain. They work on your body to find what muscles are being recruited in any and all types of movements and reawaken and engage proper muscles to help correct any imbalance that's causing an issue. They know a lot about the body and reawakening it. All the practitioners work together to help figure out your quickest path to recovery. And everyone is super nice there from a practitioners to the office managers. I had many issues with my feet and all types of things with my back from being in a wheelchair for a bit. They straightened up my back on one visit and kept it maintained that way with maintenance visits, also did wonders to correcting the strength and posture in my feet. Highly recommend.“

“Dr. Lauren Malachowski is currently my treating physical therapist. As someone who has been both a physical therapy patient off and on for the past 40 years, and a rehabilitation professional who worked with physical therapists collegially, and co-treated patients with them, I am eager to let folks know what an exceptionally talented physical therapist Dr. Malachowksi is. Not only is she accomplished with all of the standard and cutting-edge knowledge and skill of a well-trained and licensed physical therapist, but she brings to the work a rare sensibility for grasping the whole person, along with a passionate commitment to assist patients in realizing their rehabilitation goals. Perhaps most unusual, I have found that within a very short time she showed an uncanny intuitive ability to understand exactly what I needed as a patient, despite my presenting with a complicated history of musculo-skeletal challenges. Dr. Malachowski’s uncommon insight as a clinician felicitously combines with an accurate empathic quality and a genuine relational facility that makes the experience of working with her fresh and effective. Most remarkable of all, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Malachowski forged a powerfully functional, individually-honed and fruitful therapeutic relationship with me, entirely through remote means.Eliezer T.
